5. Exhaust system: 0.03mm stepped exhaust groove + vacuum assistance

Function: Eliminate the air marks around the magnet, and the yield rate is increased to 98%

In terms of molds, the magnetic therapy device is mainly made of corresponding plastic shells. The plastic shell part can choose 45#, p20, 718, 718H, S316, H13 to make molds. The choice depends on the customer's requirements for product life. We are experienced in this area. For the lenses, the mold material must be at least S136 grade to be perfectly made. We have made hundreds of lenses with different requirements to meet customer requirements. If there are special mold requirements, we can also do it. We generally use the cold runner system because it is cheaper. If the customer wants a hot runner system, we can also do it, but the cost of hot runner and cold runner is completely different. 1. Magnetic powder segregation: use a two-stage screw, compression ratio 2.5:1, and reduce the temperature of the mixing section by 20°C

3. Demolding damage: use silicon nitride ceramic ejector pins in the ejection system, and reduce the friction coefficient to 0.1
