We generally use cold runner systems because they are cheaper. If customers want hot runner systems, we can also do it, but the costs of hot runners and cold runners are completely different. We will do it according to customer requirements.

Electric fans also have corresponding metal parts. We have two ways to make metal parts. The first is injection aluminum mold and the second is die casting mold.

Injection aluminum molds only need to melt aluminum into liquid and then inject it into the injection mold to form it. The cost of such production molds will be more expensive, but the unit price of the product will be cheaper. Die casting molds only need to put the plate on the die casting mold for extrusion molding. The mold is relatively cheap, but the part structure cannot be too complicated, and the unit price of the product will be more expensive. Die-casting molds can generally only be made of H13 material. Because the product is metal, it has high requirements for mold materials. At the same time, due to the simpler structure, the mold making time will be shorter than the injection mold making time. A: Mold Payment: 40% deposit by T/T in advance, 30% second mold payment before sending out the first trial samples, 30% mold balance after you agree the final samples.

B:Production Payment: 50% deposit in advance, 50% before sending out the final goods.
